Interviewed 4 surgeons and thank goodness, I was able to choose my surgeon (thanks to insurance). He'll be doing my left hip soon too and I intend to run on both for some other 15-20 years. By the fashion he used a superior approach... it is more precise and has far less complications than posterior.
